Eliah

Eliah is 6 month old and so the kids and I met up with him and his family for some fun photos this week. He's getting so big and is adorable! He didn't really smile for the photoshoot, but his sister Norah didn't either for her 6 month photos- funny coincidence! Well enjoy looking at him and his cute sis!

Jeremy & Chillon's Invitations

They've sent them out, so I think it's about time to reveal Jeremy and Chillon's wedding invitations! (I've had to wait over a month!) We put them all together last week and even got to hand stamp them at the post office in Aledo, TX. I love how these turned out- the thermography really finished off the look. {{ simple and elegant. }}

Our family traveled to Texas for Thanksgiving this year and so I was able to take some pictures of Jon's brother Jeremy and his fiancé Chillon at the Fort Worth Botanical Gardens. They didn't have many pictures as a couple that they really liked, so these should make up for that- I think they turned out great! Can't wait for the wedding in March and to welcome Chillon into the family!

Neighborhood Leaf Fun!

I think these faces explain it all- throwing leaves in autumn is a great time for kids...and adults too- Jodi was the best leaf thrower and animal noise maker for our photoshoot! This was just some fun for the boys and their neighbor friends and I had a blast taking pictures of them!

Liam

It' already time for Christmas cards! Here's a lovely one combined as a Christmas card and birth announcement for the cute, cuddly Liam. We decided to take a more recent photograph of him for the top right of the announcement and below are a couple other of my favorites from the mini photoshoot. Daraja Concert

The Daraja Children's Choir from Kenya is coming to Weddington Community Church next Tuesday, October 27th. The pictures above were taken when Jon and I chaperoned a youth trip to Big Stuf camp in Panama City, Florida this June. Be sure to come the concert if you can- It's at Weddington High School at 7PM and it's going to be great! We're housing 3 boys and a chaperone and I'm very excited to welcome them into our home. Before the concert, our church is having a silent auction for missions and I'm donating a photoshoot. I'm also donating 3 printed canvases with pictures I took of the people from the community of Karima when I was in Kenya this summer. The money raised from the sale of these items will go directly to the people of that community via the 410 Bridge. Here are the images up for auction!
